Tablas Creek x Brass Heart
Guests will experience a collaborative effort between the teams at Tablas Creek Vineyard (Paso Robles, CA) and Brass Heart Restaurant in Chicago's vibrant Uptown neighborhood. Brass Heart will create 8 unique dishes to be complimented by 8 wines which highlight both the terroir and dedication to craft of Tablas Creek.
Executive Chef Matthew Kerney and Winemaker/Partner Jason Haas will both be in attendance to help explain the passion and inspiration for both the food and the wine. Wine lovers and food aficionados alike shall delight in this evening of culinary decadence and oenological precision.

Chef Gaetano Nardulli, formerly of Schwa Restaurant (Chicago) and NEAR Restaurant (Barrington), will bring his penchant for old world Italian cuisine to Uptown for an evening of culinary amazement.
A quasi "Old World" versus "New World" showdown. Experience lasts 3 hours and is inclusive of food, tax, and gratuities. Please come and enjoy an evening that will highlight both Chef's passion for perfection that will be sure to create food memories that will last a lifetime
